Returns & Exchanges

At YellowBee Packaging and Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty packaging; however, if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all containers, lids, and tools remain in their original, sanitary packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send your package via a tracked shipping carrier to our returns facility; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for hygiene and quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
